Hussy.me respects copyright. We host no video and no images: the streams, thumbnails and profile details on hussy.me are loaded from Chaturbate, Stripchat and BongaCams, where the models publish them. Most copyright questions therefore have to be solved on the cam site that hosts the material, and we help with that by removing our page.
Sending a notice
Send your notice to support at hussy dot me with "DMCA" in the subject, or use the contact form with the subject DMCA. Please include:
- your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
- the work you believe is being infringed;
- the full address (URL) of every page on hussy.me you want removed;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
Within 72 hours of a complete notice we remove or disable the pages concerned on hussy.me, and we tell you which cam site hosts the material, so you can ask that site to remove it at the source. Removing our page does not remove the stream or the images from the cam site.
Counter notice
If you believe a page was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address with: your name, address, phone number and email address; the URLs that were removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence; and your signature. We pass it on to the person who sent the original notice, and we may restore the page after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us that they have gone to court.
Repeat infringers
Hussy.me has no user accounts and no uploads. If the page of a model receives repeated valid notices, we remove it for good and block her username in our feed import.
